Image Of The Year Season 2015-2016
Following the judge having to withdraw at the last minute we did things a bit different this year. I and most others enjoyed the evening though I’m sure some members thought is was all wrong!
What we did find out was which were the members favourite images of the year.

Congratulations to the Image of The Year WINNERS!!!

4 Way West Lothian Inter Club Competition
This Year it was hosted by Linlithgow Camera Club at Springfield Community Wing, Springfield Primary School, Linlithgow.
A very narrow defeat tonight at the West Lothian Inter Club Competition hosted by Linlithgow Camera Club. After the judges had made their deliberations it was our arch rivals Livingston who will rule the West Lothian Roost for the coming year after a 1 POINT victory over Mid Calder. It was all square after the mono pdi section with a tie on 83 points each with Gordon’s Bamburgh Beach shot judged top image with 19 points.. Livingston edged ahead by 2 points after the colour pdi section with Petra’s Sunset on Lewis and Jackie’s Well hello there top scoring with 20 points each. We managed to claw back one point in the print section with another two of our images scoring 20 points Junes Lilly shot and Crossapol Sunrise from Sam H.but in the end it just wasn’t enough with Livi on 266, MC on 265, Linlithgow on 230 and Armadale on 226.
Thank you Gordon for your report.

First Wednesday of the month meeting was held in the Black Bull as usual.
The Print Challenge theme for this evening was “Ties” and the unanimous winner was Alison. (I’m still waiting for the image to upload Alison!) Congratulations!!!
As this was the last members night at the Black Bull Alison has a few months to come up with the Theme for the first Challenge of next season.
The rest of the night was devoted to Pecha Kucha presentations from a good selection of members. A great opportunity to see other members images and lots of fun.
