Here's a good word about a camera shop in Perth. At the Scottish Nature Photography Fair, I spoke to the people at The Camera Shop's booth about my broken Lowepro bag clip. They said that they could order one for me and would get back to me about it. Great. I gave them my name and address and didn't think much more about it. This week I received a new clip in the post - no invoice! To top it off, they included a lens cleaning cloth. More about them can be found at
