Hi Gordon, I would like to see an equipment night as i'am a beginner and would very much like to improve.
Also i have a copy of CS4 for dummies which i can put onto a disk if anyone wants to have a read at the instructions to photoshop CS4.
I have also burned some tutorials for photoshop elements and CS4 onto a dvd also if anyone wants a look at it ill give them a copy thanks Glenn

Hi I think an equipment night would be great. A good idea might be to pair up a senior member with one of us beginners and go through settings on the camera, lenses and flash guns . Bob Kelly

An idea for Equipment night would be a Macro Lens segment perhaps? Anyone with a load of experience on Macro could explain some of the finer points.

I would welcome tuition from someone on using a speedlight - I also mentioned it in the thread re Studio Light training as an add-on to these evenings

Smiley I'd be in favour of an equipment night -  I've spoken to several of our newer members or I've overheard them talking to others about things like lenses; filters; flash guns; etc. We can all benefit from going back to basics!
