Hello. Everyone,

I have made the following enquires regarding Wednesday evenings field trip to Butterfly World, Edinburgh – They will allow photography and can arrange for clubs to go out with their normal opening times. They charge full admission prices (no voucher or group discounts etc.) based on a minimum of 15 people. Adult (16yrs +) £6.95 - Concessions £5.95 - Child (3-15yrs) £4.95
Full disabled access. Authorised carers are admitted free of charge.
2011 SEASON
Edinburgh Butterfly and Insect World, the world's longest running Butterfly House and one of Scotland's favorite tourist and educational attractions, is now enjoying its 25th season. Open all year, we are only 10 minutes from the Centre of Edinburgh, on the A7 near Dalkeith, and just off the City Bypass at the Gilmerton junction.
Flying freely in an indoor tropical rainforest are hundreds of spectacular exotic butterflies going about their daily lives, oblivious of the visitors that walk amongst them. Watch them feeding, courting, laying eggs and sunning themselves in the lush, colourful jungle. Then on to the Reptile Room which provides a home for Lizards, Chameleons and Giant Pythons.
Proposed Date: Wednesday 29th June
Time: 19.30 (7.30 pm) at the Edinburgh Butterfly and Insect World
Transport – Car share available
To enable me to go ahead with this trip I need to know the level of response from the membership I need a minimum of 15 members and
I need to know by June 6th 2011.

Hi Folks,
On checking with Manager ButterflyWorld there is
NO Concession for out-of-hour visits and we have to find 15 members at £6.95 = £104.25 if we do not have that number attending we have to spread the extra cost over the total number going.. Still need 2 to make the 15 ..
Thanks
Fred
