On a muggy evening that didn’t promise much in the way of light, Richard, Phil, Jim, Grant & Steve (accompanied by several million midges!) went to Harlaw Reservoir in the Pentland Hills.
Despite some tricky lighting conditions to start with we still managed to get a few images and were eventually treated to some fairly nice late evening light, as the setting sun appeared from behind a bank of cloud.
Ian Gidney, a former club member, stopped for a chat while walking his dog, and sends his regards to those members who know him.
